The Quad Block is a portable, aluminium pinch block for training grip strength. If you’re working on a project with plenty of pinches, the Quad Block is a must-have!
PREPARE FOR ANY PINCH: Featuring four different pinch sizes, the Quad Block is specifically designed to engage the key forearm and hand flexor muscles used on pinches, helping you develop a balanced grip system for any size of hold.
CONSISTENT, REPEATABLE TRAINING: Unlike wood, the anodised aluminum finish provides consistent surface friction to ensure your testing and training is repeatable session-to-session.
