Returns and Exchanges

30-day returns policy - most items can be returned within 30 days (14 days for Final Sale items).

Three scenarios:

1. Non-delivery: Report within 30 days. We'll investigate with the shipping company and reship/refund.
2. Damaged/incorrect orders: Contact us with photos within 30 days (14 days for Final Sale items). We provide a free return label, and reship/refund within 10 working days of receipt (non-EU duties/taxes are not refunded).
3. Change of mind: Return items in original condition (unused) within 30 days (14 days for Final Sale items). You pay return shipping. We refund you within 10 working days of receipt (non-EU duties/taxes are not refunded).
