The Terrence Set consists of both a one and two finger-pocket training grips.
The Terrence-Set helps you to develop finger strength in an efficient way. You can choose which training weight you use, allowing for customized workouts that apply optimal pressure to your fingers. By approaching the workouts in this workout, you will be guaranteed to achieve your goals!
Attaching a weight and using a pulley allows to train for specific climbing situations that you might encounter. What's more, you can also attach a weight directly to the pockets and lift the device from the ground. Whichever approach you choose, it's important to not over-exert yourself. This will ensure that your progress is consistent and that you avoid injury.
You can also use the Terrence Set to assist in the recovery of an injured finger. Lastly, this set perfectly complements the WATAAAH Transformerboard. Simply ttach the device onto one side and the weight onto the other for the perfect finger trainings grips.
