Switchblade Edges, training grips

This set includes 6 edges in three different sizes: 6 mm, 8 mm, and 10 mm. Each edge has two sides - one with a standard comfortable radius and the other with a skin-friendly sloped edge, making it slightly more challenging but perfect for training sessions when you have sore skin. These edges are compatible with our modular system, allowing you to quickly switch between both sides without the need for extensive screwing and unscrewing.

Crafted from solid European beech wood, these crimps are extremely durable and sturdy. They are a valuable tool for strengthening your finger grip, but it's essential to be adequately prepared for these small edges. Always ensure you're properly warmed up, and we recommend using fingerboards to progress from larger holds to the smallest ones.
